I lived in Portland for a couple years while I went to school, and then for a year after I graduated. The main thing I missed from home was the beach, so I tried to get to the coast a couple times a year. Even though it wasn’t actually that long of a drive, it was just long enough to deter me from spontaneously jumping up and going to the beach. One trip, my friends and I stayed long enough to see the sunset. I took so many pictures, from every angle I could get, because the colors were fantastic.

Folded 5x7 card, printed on high quality matte paper.
Blank and uncoated on the inside.
Each card comes with an envelope.

Twilight and dusk have always been my favorite time of day. There’s a particular shade of green that sometimes appears in the sky after the sun sets that I have always wanted to try and paint. The world seems quieter at this time. Less rushed, more serene. The sky is lit up with gradients of color, but it’s dark enough for human lights to twinkle in the distance as well.

5x7 print with ⅛” border on all sides.
Sold with a stiff backing and clear plastic sleeve to protect the print.
Printed on high quality Arctic Polar Satin paper.
